Manson was our oral English teacher in the middle school. When he came to the classroom for the first time, the Canadian man gave us a very deep impression: aged about 40, hook-nosed, brown hair, a little fat. His classes were fresh and interesting. In the course of teaching, he told us a lot about his strange merchant life in Canada. 英語(yǔ)是國(guó)際上通用的語(yǔ)言，但是在展開(kāi)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)時(shí)，依舊要先把英語(yǔ)翻譯成中文，學(xué)生才能進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)，只有英語(yǔ)也不能提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平，應(yīng)該注重兩種語(yǔ)言的結(jié)合，才能保證英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的高效性。雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)并不是一個(gè)新的概念，很多學(xué)生在入學(xué)之前就接受了這種教學(xué)，大部分幼兒園都會(huì)展開(kāi)雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)，這種教學(xué)方式實(shí)施起來(lái)是比較容易的。學(xué)生能很快接受這種教學(xué)形式，教師就應(yīng)該努力為學(xué)生創(chuàng)建雙語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)境，盡可能讓學(xué)生多處于雙語(yǔ)的環(huán)境中，學(xué)生才能有更多的時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，才能學(xué)到更多的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。為了達(dá)到這種效果，教師應(yīng)該和學(xué)校的相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行溝通，不僅要在教室里布置雙語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)境，在整個(gè)學(xué)校都應(yīng)該營(yíng)造這種氛圍，學(xué)校的公共標(biāo)識(shí)、警告語(yǔ)、宣傳等都用雙語(yǔ)進(jìn)行表達(dá)，就能讓學(xué)生在無(wú)形中學(xué)到很多英語(yǔ)單詞和句子。教師也可以結(jié)合當(dāng)前的節(jié)日、新聞事件為學(xué)生創(chuàng)建雙語(yǔ)環(huán)境，讓學(xué)生能從多方面學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，拓展學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的途徑，能有效提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平。教師節(jié)對(duì)于學(xué)校來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)非常重要的節(jié)日，也是學(xué)生非常重視的節(jié)日，在這個(gè)節(jié)日期間，每個(gè)班級(jí)的板報(bào)都會(huì)和教師有關(guān)系，學(xué)校內(nèi)也會(huì)有很多教師節(jié)的宣傳和標(biāo)語(yǔ)，教師就可以利用這次機(jī)會(huì)為學(xué)生創(chuàng)建一個(gè)雙語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)境。每年這個(gè)時(shí)候，學(xué)校都會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多“教師節(jié)快樂(lè)”的字眼，英語(yǔ)教師和學(xué)校溝通以后，在這些字下邊都加上了“Hap-pyteacher’day”的英語(yǔ)句子，讓學(xué)生在幫助教師慶祝教師節(jié)的同時(shí)也學(xué)到了一句英語(yǔ)。同時(shí)，也可以加上“Dearteacher，Thankyouforworkingsohard”、“Wealllikehavingyoua-sourteacher，Youhaveourrespectandgratefulness”等話，既能加強(qiáng)教師節(jié)的氣氛，也達(dá)到了英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的目的。
