1I have a few candles stored in a drawer in my dining room. They’re meantfor romantic dinners and special occasions, but since the arrival of our threechildren they have lain unnoticed among the napkins and other things. They arewaiting to be taken out and lit to share their glow with anyone who will takethe time to bask in their brilliance.
Are not our souls like those candles, patiently waiting for someone to comeand let us be ourselves? We are all waiting for our own moments to shine; weeach have a special light, unmatched by any other.
Candles are made up of wax and a wick; we have bodies, but our essence liesin our minds and souls.Candles are unique in their colors, shapes and designs. Our life histories and experiences are the backdrops of who we are, but ourminds are like candle wicks, and make our passions flame.Unlike the candles inmy drawer, who get used or not used depending on my whims, we control our ownthoughts, and how brightly we will burn or dimly we will shine.
Is your soul candle dimmed by circumstance or lack of passion anddirection? Is it hidden in a drawer of stress, worry or resentment? Make achoice to let yourself shine the way you were meant to shine.
2If you could choose what kind of world to live in, what kind of world wouldyou choose? If you could decide what would happen tomorrow, with what kinds ofthings would you fill it?
If you had the power to decide what types of opportunities would come yourway, what opportunities would you select? If you knew that your experienceswould match your expectations, what would your expectations be?
In fact, you do have the power to choose your own way.You do have theability to decide what kinds of events, experiences, opportunities andcircumstances come your way.
The world you experience is the world that your dreams, your thoughts, yourexpectations and your actions most closely resonate. The world you see and livein is the world you most sincerely expect to see.
The universe is filled with endless possibilities, and those possibilitieskeep growing with every minute. The way you live determines which of thosepossibilities will come into your life.
With your thoughts, your actions, your values, your dreams andexpectations, you choose what kind of world you live in.The way you live isclosely mirrored in the world you see.
3I recently started a new job, in a small office, where four of us share afridge. In that fridge is a Brita water filter pitcher. One of my coworkerscomplained the water tasted "dirty".It went on for a few days, and she wasstunned I could drink the water without any trouble.I started to doubt my tastebuds, but the water really tasted fine.
Finally, she figured out the problem was actually her cup.She simplyforgot to clean it, and after awhile started to affect the water inside it.Shecleaned her cup, and drank the water with no problem.
I can't help but think about the world we live in.Too often we quicklyblame other people, other things, anything else but ourselves."You're racist"."You're intolerant"."You're the problem".The world isn't perfect, I know, butI think we should take a step back sometimes and ask ourselves some toughquestions.
Can I be better? Is my heart really pure? Can I help this situation withkindness?
I want to tell you this; please clean your cup.Because when you do, thewater will taste much better.I promise you this.

5Mistakes and errors are the disciplined true which we advance in life.Mistakes are great teachers.Success comes to those who are willing to riskmaking mistakes in the pursuit of their goals and aspirations, and who are ableto learn from those mistakes. And in order to learn from mistakes you must bewilling to pay for them.
Mistakes can be enormously valuable, but when you try to get others to payfor your mistakes, then you deprive yourself of the opportunity to learn fromthem. When something goes wrong, it's usually very easy to find someone else toblame, but what does that really accomplish?
Much of the value of mistakes comes from the fact that they demand a costthat must be paid. The person who learns the most from a mistake is the personwho pays the price for that mistake.
When you make a mistake, the lastthing you want to do is run away from it.You need to accept it because you can learn a lot from it.The mistake has beenmade, so make the most of it.Pay the price, learn the lesson, and grow thatmuch stronger.
When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long.Remember the reasonfor it, and then look forward.Mistakes are lessons of wisdom. The past cannotbe changed. The present is still in your power.Take full advantage of yourmistakes to achieve your goals and aspirations.
As you slowly open your eyes, look around, notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air.
Yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a bright day! And most importantly, it’s a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new decisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented(空前的) level.
In your mind’s eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have, the paces you intend to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and the positions you aspire(勵志) to reach.
You can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everything happens as you dream. You can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes. You can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, and your blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of your being!
You know all this is real as long as you are confident, passionate and committed!(效忠的) And you are confident, you are passionate, you are committed!
You will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial expressions, using your body in new ways, approaching new people, and asking new questions.
You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.
You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. You will never succumb(屈服,屈從) to challenges of hardships.
You will never waver(動搖) in your pursuit of excellence. After all, you are the best, and you deserve the best!
As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. You must do your part. You must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan; you must never quit and you must never fear. I know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! Now stand firm and tall, make a fist, get excited, and yell it out:
I must do it! I can do it! I will do it! I will succeed!
I must do it! I can do it! I will do it! I will succeed!
I must do it! I can do it! I will do it! I will succeed!
Good afternoon ,ladies and gentlemen!
I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with ,I want to ask a question .Does everybody dream a good dream last night? Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night, but a dream—— about life.
Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage, and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction, with a direction, we were no longer confused. With the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.
But I know, life is tough, and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims, and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .
Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If
I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."
In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

1There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just wantto pick them from your dreams and hug them for real! Dream what you want todream;go where you want to go;be what you want to be,because you have only onelife and one chance to do all the things you want to do.
May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make youstrong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy? Always putyourself in others’shoes. If you feel that it hurts you,it probably hurts theother person, too.
The happiest of people don’t necessarily have the best of everything;theyjust make the most of everything that comes along their way.Happiness lies forthose who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who havetried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people
who have touched their lives.Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss andends with a tear. The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can’t go on well in lifeuntil you let go of your past failures andheartaches.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.Liveyour life so that when you die, you're the one who is smiling and everyone aroundyou is crying.
Please send this message to those people who mean something to you,to thosewho have touched your life in one way or another,to those who make you smilewhen you really need it,to those that make you see the brighter side of thingswhen you are really down,to those who you want to let them know that youappreciate their friendship. And if you don’t, don’t worry, nothing bad willhappen to you,you will just miss out on the opportunity to brighten someone’sday with this message.
2The sun has begun to set and I hang up the smile I’ve worn all day, thoughI will make sure it is the first thing I put back on in the morning just in caseit is “that day.” I want her to see me at my very best.
I do the normal routine, eat dinner, clean the house, write—the usualstuff. And then I lay down hoping to fall asleep quickly so my new day willhurry up and arrive.A new day with a brand new sun.But as I lay there and waitfor the world to turn half way around, I think about her.And sometimes I smile, and sometimes that smile will turn into asnicker, and then often that snickerwill turn into a burst of laughter.
And then there are times I get that lump in my throat and that tightfeeling in my chest, and sometimes that feeling overwhelms me and begins to turninto a tear, and often that tear multiplies itself and I can no longer fight thefeeling and I lose the battle. Then somehow through either the joy or thesadness I drift and find myself asleep. Then the dreams begin and keep mecompany until my new day arrives.
3Occasionally, life can be undeniably, impossibly difficult. We are facedwith challenges and events that can seem overwhelming, life-destroying to thepoint where it may be hard to decide whether to keep going. But you always havea choice.Jessica Heslop shares her powerful, inspiring journey from the worsttimes in her life to the new life she has created for herself:
4Everything about my future was ambiguously assumed.I would get into debtby going to college, then I would be forced to get a job to pay off that debt, while still getting into more and more debt by buying a house and a car.Itseemed like a never-ending cycle that had no place for the possibility of adream.
I want more—but not necessarily in the material sense of personal wealthand success.I want more out of life.I want a passion, a conceptual dream thatwouldn’t let me sleep out of pure excitement.I want to spring out of bed in themorning, rain or shine, and have that zest for life that seemed so intrinsic inearly childhood.
Failing is what makes us grow, it makes us stronger and more resilient tothe aspects of life we have no control over. The fear of failure, although, iswhat makes us stagnant and sad.So even though I couldn’t see the future asclearly as before, I took the plunge in hopes that in the depths of fear andfailure, I would come out feeling more alive than ever before.
有以勵志開頭的――“My dream,glaring color of light,“he said,“I am YangRongFei 01,athletes,believe me,won’t let you down.(我的夢想,閃耀著彩色的光,我是01號選手楊榮菲,相信我,不會讓你們失望!)”。
