一、五年制雙專業教學體制

操作系統是計算機學科理論的重要專業基礎課程，是一門專業必修課。操作系統自20世紀50年代的最簡單的批處理系統到windows、unix等現代操作系統及隨處可見的各類嵌入式系統，其功能發生了巨大的變化。WwW.lw881.com技術的不斷更新同樣要求學生具有閱讀新的英文文獻的能力。所以采用雙語教學，在教學過程中讓學生使用英文原版教材，對本學科的專業術語、基礎知識和原理都首先掌握了英文的解釋，在今后的學習中就能夠較快接受并迅速掌握本學科的前沿知識。
在近十年的操作系統教學實踐中，我們積累了較豐富的經驗，同時總結了五年制雙專業教學過程中存在的問題及解決的方法，現總結如下。
三、五年制體制中現代操作系統教學中存在的問題
（一）學時壓縮后內容的完整性問題
傳統的操作系統課程為64學時，而雙專業體制中的學時為48學時，除去8學時的實驗學時，理論課學時為40學時。如何利用有限的時間將整個學科的體系完整地介紹給學生，更重要的是使學生能夠掌握本課程的完整知識，是值得思考的問題。
（二）理論與實踐的脫離問題
理論與時間的結合是操作系統教學中一直在探討和改進的問題。在五年制體制雙語教學中也同樣是一個亟待解決的問題。操作系統是一門理論性很強的課程，多數知識是非常抽象的，比如進程、線程、虛擬存儲等的概念，在理論教學中的講解只能使學生對概念有邏輯上的理解，只有把這些概念具體化才能讓學生更好地去理解理論，完成理論與實踐的結合。所以如何安排實驗學時的內容，高效地利用它幫助學生的理論學習同樣是重要的問題。
（三）英文教材閱讀困難的問題
在教學過程中，學是重要的部分，所以學生在學習中遇到的問題是我們必須重視的。在本課程的學習過程中，學生反映的最主要的問題是對英文教材的閱讀和理解。在學生的閱讀中主要有兩大障礙，一是專業詞匯的翻譯，二是關鍵概念的翻譯和理解。對于一些使用抽象語言的程序算法描述，對于計算機專業的學生來說不是主要的困難。
（四）授課中用于單詞和語句翻譯的精力對教學進度的影響問題
在雙語教學中，由于學生的英語水平不盡相同，需要老師將重要的名詞、概念和語句翻譯給學生，這樣，就必須拿出部分本來就較少的理論教學時間來進行翻譯和解釋。據初步統計，在一堂課中，教師平均需要5～10分鐘的時間去翻譯重要的概念和知識，對教學的進度有一定的影響。
四、相應的解決方法探討
（一）調整教學內容，突出主要內容
針對學時壓縮后課程體系的完整性問題，我們采用調整教學內容，突出主要內容的辦法，將原來的非重點知識列為選讀內容，供學生課后閱讀，作為訓練提高的材料，但涉及體系完整的主要的內容和知識點則進行重點和詳細的講解，務必使學生建立完整的體系概念。具體的學時分配中進程與線程占12學時，存儲管理占8學時，其他各部分內容均占4學時。
調整后的內容將主要的知識作為重點介紹，其他知識在此基礎上完全可以自學，這樣既保證了體系的完整，又保證了學生能學到必要的知識。
（二）精選實驗題目，理解重要概念
對于理論與實踐結合的問題，我們精選實驗題目，以使學生理解重要概念。進程管理和內存管理是本課程中兩個較難理解的理論知識，為加強對它們的理解，實驗中，我們選取模擬進程調度和頁面置換作為實驗的內容，使用c語言或java語言實現算法。通過設計進程調度程序模擬兩種以上調度算法，使學生進一步掌握了進程調度的功能和實現原理；通過模擬操作系統中進行頁面管理的各種頁面替換算法，使學生進一步理解了內存管理中的相關知識。
（三）制作中英對照課件，課后參考
針對教材閱讀的問題，首先我們選取經典的英文教材，其次制作中英文對照的課件給學生作為參考幫助學生進行閱讀。我們選取andrew s. tanenbaum所著的《modern operating systems》作為教材，該教材是最為經典的原版書庫入選教材之一，對知識的講解全面，深入淺出，使讀者不只知其然更知其所以然。同時，依據教材的課件，給出中英文對照的版本，在學期之初發給學生，對學生的閱讀起到有效的幫助作用。
（四）提前給出下次詞匯，提前預習
最后，在每堂課之后給出下次課的關鍵詞和關鍵語句，建議學生課后掌握，這樣在課堂中可以減少翻譯所消耗的時間。
1計算機對寫作交流的影響
計算機也會給寫作帶來負面影響。如果過分依賴電腦的拼寫檢查功能，可能會出現有些單詞輸錯了，但是由于在字典中有這個單詞，電腦就沒有指出錯誤，輸入者也沒有仔細審核去發現錯誤，導致用錯了詞甚至引起歧義。而有時單詞是對的，不過由于電腦本身所用的字典容量較小，沒有包括該詞，從而被指出是錯的，引起輸入者的疑惑。另外，對于輸入錯誤的單詞，單擊右鍵，電腦會提供正確選項的參考，如不仔細鑒別，可能會選錯單詞。例如，本來打算輸入“corporate”，結果輸成“cooprate”，電腦給出的第一個建議是“cooperate”，如果本來就不熟悉到底怎么拼，就盲目相信電腦，就會犯錯。對于句法的錯誤，電腦只能指出一些簡單的，如“Heandsheareagoodfriend.”；但對于“Heandsheisagoodfriend.”，卻無能為力。此外，電腦上修改難以保存所有的修改記錄。如果經過推敲，發現新的用法并不妥，就很難再找到以前的句子，因為很少有人會保存以前的版本用于今后的修改。即便有人保存，對比兩個版本也不如紙質的資料方便。因此，雖然計算機能使寫作變得方便，但并不能根本提高寫作的質量。電腦無法修改所有的錯誤，更無法幫助修改內容。有學者（Gould）的研究表明，電腦和紙筆這兩種不同寫作方式，并不能對寫作的文章質量產生顯著影響。即便如此，電腦作為一種較為新型的寫作方式，使用的頻率越來越高。而學生普遍偏愛這種寫作方式，能否利用學生對此的喜愛，充分發揮其有利一面，為寫作教學助一臂之力？
2計算機對高職寫作教學的影響
目前，高職學生的英語基礎普遍較弱，而不少學校的大學英語課時在縮減，總學時普遍只有150左右，英語寫作更是成為雞肋，很少涉及，學生缺乏用英語進行書面交流的能力。如果能利用學生喜歡用電腦的習慣，引導其用電腦嘗試英語交流，無疑會對高職英語寫作教學帶來有益的影響。這也符合國家教育部教育司提出的指導意見：“各高等院校應充分利用多媒體和網絡技術，采用新的以網絡技術為支撐的教學模式，使英語教學不受時間和地點限制，朝個性化、自主式學習方向發展。”如果高職老師布置學生進行英文寫作練習，批改時主要偏重學生的語法，較少注重關注其篇章結構和構思。而學生也僅僅認為這是為完成寫作任務，讀者只有老師一人，沒有體會到任何用英語進行書面交流的樂趣，敷衍了事。本人認為如果引導學生充分利用計算機進行英文寫作，會提高學生的寫作興趣和英語的交流運用能力。教師可以先整合網上的英語學習資源，提供一些有用的英語寫作網站、論壇或英文交友中心等資源，向學生介紹英語寫作素材、方法和技巧等信息，引導學生自主學習和掌握必要的寫作知識。課堂上，開始寫作前，老師提供網絡資源供學生閱讀，精選范文或讓學生提供網上的范文共同分析，了解和賞析其精華。同時，就將要進行的寫作，師生可共同探討寫作思路，用“頭腦風暴”的方式激發寫作熱情。學生通過電腦完成的習作，可以放到公共郵箱中，鼓勵學生互批并且發表評論。教師精選其中典型的文章，做詳細的批閱。還可以利用課堂時間，用電腦顯示范文，通過小組討論等方式共同賞析，了解該篇文章的成功之處與存在的問題，共同提高寫作水平。此外，教師可以引導學生通過上英文交友網站或聊天網站，鼓勵學生積極進行其他的英語交流，作為對正式寫作的有益補充。筆者曾嘗試在學生中用計算機進行寫作教學。
通過和學生交流以及分析學生所寫的文章，發現此種方法較受學生歡迎。學生寫作積極性明顯提高，交流的意愿強烈。由于要和其他學生分享文章，很多學生不甘落后，四處搜索有用的資料，文章的廣度和深度明顯提高。對于不熟悉計算機操作的學生來說，還提高了其計算機技能。不過，也發現少數學生投機取巧，直接從網上剽竊別人的文章。對于計算機輔助大學英語寫作教學來說，才剛剛起步。如何能進一步發揮計算機寫作交流的長處，避免其負面作用，還需進一步探討。
